Additional Mixing / Blending - Mixing or blending of two or more powders to make a homogeneous dispersion of the materials. This mixture can then be packaged to customer packaging requirements. | |

Our plant is equipped with modern technology to provide each customer with consistent batch to batch product. Statistical Process Control methodology is employed as an additional means of insuring product quality. Each shipment is accompanied with a certificate of conformance to its prescribed specifications. An analytical laboratory is located on site to test both incoming and outgoing material. Retention samples are maintained for future reference.
Timely shipments are crucial to a company's profitability. To aid in this regard, E.C. Morris Corp. maintains its own trucks to help with emergency and rush deliveries. For larger accounts, rail is also available. Once produced, products are packaged per customer requirements in bulk or customized units.
